'MANAGING SALES RELATIONSHIPS'
Objective:
To maintain pre-sales and post-sales relationships with customers and prospects.
Insight:
Managing the sales value chain end-to-end - prospect management to customer management was critical for the category.
Creative:
A web based Contact Management Software (CMS) was developed. It helped sales representatives enter their daily call reports with their prospect or customer contacts. A central data repository of customer data enabled KC drive knowledge and efficiency within the sales team. Software based service driven communication that included - Thank you, welcome and customer audit letters could now be done with ease. It also helped KC cross-sell, up-sell and identify lapsing customers.
